Rub a slice of lime around the rim of the glass and dip it into a plate of salt to rim the glass. Add lime juice, 4 jalapeño slices, and cilantro leaves to the glass. Muddle vigorously. Add tequila and ice cubes. Pour Strainge Beast hard kombucha gently down the side of the glass. Stir well to incorporate all the ingredients together. Cut jalapeño slice down the middle and slide it onto the rim of the glass. Garnish with a sprig of cilantro.
