CA Prop 65

Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. complies with California’s Proposition 65 as it relates to BPA regulations and notification.

Beer packaged in bottles, keg’s and growlers do not, and have not contained BPA in their packaging materials. All canned beer produced after December 20, 2017 is and will continue to be fully compliant with the same Prop 65 regulations regarding the exclusion of BPA.
